ATLANTA (Ticker) -- The storm that dropped 20 inches of snow in parts of North Carolina on Tuesday has caused the postponement of tonight's game between the Phoenix Coyotes and Atlanta Thrashers.

It has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 29.

The Coyotes were unable to play the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday and have been unable to leave North Carolina with the Raleigh-Durham International Airport remaining closed.

The Coyotes' game at Carolina was rescheduled today for Thursday at 1 p.m. EST. The Coyotes are scheduled to play in Washington on Friday at 7 p.m.
